Here at the surgery we have an active Patient Group who would welcome your suggestions and comments.

Leave feedback:

They have some forms (next to their notice board) and a post box in the main patient waiting area. Please use these as your feedback is always helpful

Are you interested in joining our patient group?

  • Feel you can make a difference?
  • Are there things you would like to change?
  • Can you think of ways to improve the practice?

We meet 4 times a year and have a representative who attends the Scarborough & Ryedale wide patient meeting run by the local commissioning group

The group would also like your comments / suggestions on how they can help the practice improve the service it offers to you.

Please complete a form from the waiting room and pass it back to a member of reception or post in the blue box (lift lid to access) on the waiting room wall. If you would like to join the group please speak to Jackie at reception.
